Vivideo is a multimedia subscription service offering access to a vast library of educational and entertainment videos across various categories, including technology, sports, education, and more. Users can access content via our mobile applications and website.

2. Content Usage and Intellectual Property

- All videos available on Vivideo have been sourced from reliable and standard providers to ensure optimal user experience.
- All rights related to the broadcasting and distribution of these videos belong exclusively to Vivideo. Any duplication, reproduction, or distribution of content for commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
- Users are prohibited from using the software in any manner that could compromise the platform's infrastructure. Vivideo reserves the right to restrict access or terminate memberships that violate this provision.

3. User Conduct

- Users must refrain from submitting comments or content that include insults to religions, customs, ethnicities, dialects, or any language contrary to customary norms or laws. All comments are subject to review and may be removed if they violate these guidelines.
- The platform is intended for users aged 18 and above. Users under 18 must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian who is authorized to pay the subscription fees.

4. Subscription and Billing

United Kingdom Users

- Trial Period: Free for 24 hours.
- Subscription Fee: £4.50 per week, billed via Direct Carrier Billing (DCB).
- Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscription at any time by sending an SMS with the word "STOP" to the designated shortcode or by contacting customer support at support@portutel.com.

United Arab Emirates Users

- Trial Period: Free for 24 hours.
- Subscription Fee: AED 3.25 per day (VAT inclusive).
- Cancellation: Send "C VI" to 1111.

Kenya Users

- Subscription Fee: KSH 20 per day (VAT inclusive).
- Cancellation: Send "STOP" to 22978.

Note: Subscription charges will commence automatically after the trial period unless canceled.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted via the support email with the required identifying details. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not automatic. Requests submitted within 24 hours of charge are prioritized. Eligibility is determined based on service usage, timing, and transaction history. Approved refunds are issued using back-to-bill or credit-on-account methods and completed within 14 working days. Refunds are processed either by Portutel or a designated partner, where applicable. We offer fair and flexible refund handling in line with good practice.

6. Privacy Policy

Vivideo respects the privacy of its users. We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle user data, communication, and security measures.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to ensure uninterrupted access to our services, Vivideo does not guarantee continuous availability. Service may be subject to interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
