Six In Ten People "Couldn't Cope" Without Their Phone For A Day

A OnePoll survey of 2,000 smartphone users discovered that 6 in 10 of them “couldn’t cope” without their phone for even one day. 3 in 10 survey respondents said they never leave their house without their phone. Respondents were asked what features they use most often and 68% said they use their phone to take photos. 64% use it to check the time and 62% revealed that they constantly look up the weather on their phone. 13% admitted that they can’t find their way to work without their phone. 27% of people are reliant on their phone for directions and 1 in 3 people admitted that they’ve never used a physical map before. 1 in 8 respondents said their phone battery dying gives them anxiety. while 55% of people said their phone dying is a “nightmare scenario”.
